Registration
The instructions for updating registration information for returning students and registering new students are below. It is important for all families to update registration for each student annually to ensure the district has the most current information available.
Returning Bulldog Families
If you already have a child attending Mediapolis, you will register your child(ren) for the upcoming school year through JMC
Click on the JMC link above or on the school website
Click on the Family Icon
Check to make sure you are in the current school year
Log in with your username (parent's last name) and password (if you do not remember it, contact the building secretary or click "forgot password")
Click on "Register for 2024-2025" on the left, then click "Start/Continue Registration Process"
Click on "Next" that appears in the upper right hand corner
When you have gone through all of the questions and filled in all of the fields click the "Finish" button which will appear in the top right corner of the screen. It will also send you an email confirming you finished
Once all forms are signed, and all questions are completed, registration is complete. The school office will review your information. You can make a payment using your JMC account or by writing a check to Mediapolis Community Schools.
*Please be sure to enter a correct email address and cell phone when registering your student as these will be the main sources of communication throughout the school year.*

The school office will review your information and communicate the next steps to complete the registration process

This form must be submitted to your resident district, as well as the district you wish to attend.
There is no longer a deadline for submitting paperwork.

Certificate of Dental Screening - Required for 9th grade and out of state transfer
Certificate of Immunization - Required for all TK, Kindergarten, 7th grade and 12th grade, and all new students
Home Language Survey - Required for each New Student
Request for Records - Required for each New Students
Certificate of Vision Screening - Needed for all Kindergarten and 3rd grade students
Standard Fee Waiver Form - Required for Free/Reduced Applicants
